My First Engagements Ever (Photos from the Archive)

So, I have a lot of what I would call pretty good photos, but, I never had time to add them to this blog. Now, since I'm in between jobs and am not going to school, I have tonz o' time (probably more than I would want). So I might as well spend some of it working on this blog. The first thing I decided to do was to go through some of my old pictures. I have a lot of them on faceboook (if any of my friends have seen them on there), but they would be so much easier to find if I laid them all out on my blog.

These are some from my first experience ever taking official engagement pictures, back in April 2009. I was able to go tag along with Dave Terry, and be his "second shooter," though I don't know if I was really qualified for that. But it was a good experience, and I learned a lot. I even learned that taking pictures was something that I could do. I'd taken pictures for people before, but it was around this time in my life that I found that taking pictures was really something that I wanted to do.
