Fremont County Fair

This past summer I had the opportunity to work for the Fremont County Fair in Wyoming. It was a blast! My job was stressful, being in charge of the computer program that kept the fair organized as far as people and entries in the fair, and making lists, call sheets, and back tags for all of the animal shows and entry judgings. All while dealing with set-backs. One of the funnest set backs being the program not working and our tech support guy going on a 2-week vacation right in the middle of fair (when we needed everything to work right the most).

But anyways. Since I was already there and working for the fair, they decided to use me as their photographer too, which I had a blast doing. There are so many fun and interesting sights that go on at the fair. My only wish was that I could have been taking pictures the entire time, but all I could do was escape for moments here and there while doing my primary job.

Here are some of the pictures I was able to get at the fair. There will be more added to this post later, all of my pictures are on DVDs which got left in Utah when I moved a couple of weeks ago. The story is that I had to store the pictures on CDs because I wasn't able to save or edit any of them on my computer (I was dealing with a laptop crisis this summer where my 5-year-old laptop finally gave out due to some worn out hardware). But, now I've got a new computer, and these were some of the pictures I was able to get off of my camera card. Enjoy!
